Even though the hotel is located in the busy Patong, the street of BYD is very calm and quiet. The apartment has everything you need, including a very comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The facilities are very complete, including gym and a very pleasant pool area in the rooftop. But above all, the staff treatment was unbeatable from minute 1. They allowed us to use the facilities all day even though we had check-out as we were flying back that same day. They even have a shower in the lobby for checked out customers. The front-desk staff was wonderful with us, and we couldn’t ask for anything else. Aoy and the rest of women (we do not remember more names) made us want to return to this place. Thank you all.

Good location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and one street behind restaurants and 7/11, so far away enough from the street noise. Accommodation looked as described, it was handy having a kitchenette to have food in your apartment. Two separate air conditioning unit for bedroom and main living area. Rail outside on balcony to dry clothes, plus chair and tables. I was remote working and got internet speeds of 100+ mbps. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure too. Pool area got sun until approx. 4PM before it was blocked behind another taller building. Would recommend staying here!

Spacious apartment with daily housekeeping. Friendly and helpful staff. Not too far from Patong Beach and Bangla Road but still quiet. Numerous massage parlors and restaurants/bars nearby. Tour agency close by too. Two pools but neither was located in our building, so had to walk to adjacent property. Drying rack on the balcony. Our balcony overlooked the front which is the better view.

This was our third or fourth time here, great location, friendly staff and lovely roof top pool! The beds are the best in Patong and they have this app where you can order room service or for your room to be cleaned and they are bang on it every time! Great little clean and friendly place in a great location. It’s also fab having a kitchen as eating out everyday can become expensive!

Great layout of the room, large very comfortable bed, great location tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to everything. Welcome drink and towel on arrival was a lovely touch, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so they stored our luggage whilst we had some food in the restaurant. As a hotel guest you get discount in the restaurant and bar too.
